The 36th Olivier Awards welcomed the United Kingdom's biggest stars tonight, April 15, at the Royal Opera House in London. One Man, Two Guvnors, held its Broadway toast following its first preview, April 6, leading up to the show's Broadway opening at the Music Box Theatre on April 18, 2012.

Previews begin tonight, April 6th, for the National Theatre of Great Britain's acclaimed comedy One Man, Two Guvnors, by Richard Bean. One Man, Two Guvnors, directed by Nicholas Hytner, is based on Carlo Goldoni's The Servant of Two Masters and features songs by Grant Olding. One Man, Two Guvnors will open at the Music Box Theatre (239 West 45th Street) on Broadway on April 18, 2012.

The cast has been set for the world premiere of the chamber musical LOS OTROS, with book and lyrics by Ellen Fitzhugh and music by Michael John LaChiusa. LOS OTROS will run May 23 through July 1, 2012, with the opening scheduled for June 3. Tony Award-winner Michele Pawk has been cast to play the role of Woman and Julio Monge will play the role of Man.

The Academy of Music is set to present the national tour of WAR HORSE to Philadelphia audiences from November 20th through December 2nd of this year. Based on a novel by Michael Morpurgo, adapted by Nick Stafford in association with Handspring Puppet Company, War Horse is currently running on Broadway, The West End, and in Canada. Matilda the Musical, produced by the RSC and running at the Cambridge Theatre, leads the way with ten nominations - the maximum number of eligible awards for a musical this year. These notably include a collective nomination for Best Actress for all four young actresses who play the title role. Amongst other musical theatre productions Ghost The Musical at the Piccadilly Theatre and the National Theatre's London Road have five and four nominations respectively.

Nicholas Hytner's five star award-winning production of One Man, Two Guvnors is currently playing at the Theatre Royal Haymarket after two sell-out record-breaking runs at the National and Adelphi Theatres. Joining Owain Arthur as lovable chancer Francis Henshall are Jodie Prenger and Hannah Spearritt who play Dolly and Pauline respectively. Martin Barrass joins the cast to play Alfie with David Benson as Gareth, Nigel Betts as Harry, Derek Elroy as Lloyd, Gerard Horan as Charlie, Daniel Ings as Alan, Ben Mansfield as Stanley and Gemma Whelan as Rachel.

Opera and Theatre director Sir Jonathan Miller will return to the British theatre stage next year for the first time in five years to helm the Northern Broadsides production of Githa Sowerby's Rutherford & Son. The production will open at the Viaduct Theatre, Halifax from Friday 8th February 2013 and then tour the UK.
