New Line Cinema and Warner Brothers have revealed a sneak peek of the new trailer for the upcoming film JACK THE GIANT SLAYER. The movie hits theaters in 3D, 2D and Imax 3D on March 1. The newest trailer will debut this Monday, February 11. Check it out below!

CABARET, Bob Fosse's ground-breaking Oscar-winning musical drama starring Liza Minnelli (Arthur, The Sterile Cuckoo), Michael York (the Austin Powers films), Joel Grey (TV's 'Oz'), Helmut Griem, and Marisa Berenson (I am Love), celebrates its 40th anniversary with a Blu-ray debut today, February 5, 2013.

Warner Bros. Consumer Products (WBCP) zooms into this year's exciting Toy Fair season with a roster of global licenseesready to support the Studio's portfolio, led by this summer's tentpole film release Man of Steel, which will be supported by DC Comics master toy licensee Mattel, as well as many other toy partners.

Early Monday evening, the Venice Theatre announced their 2013 to 2014 theatre season at a special Kickoff gathering at their theatre located at 140 West Tampa Avenue in Venice, Florida. Hosting the event were Exective/Artisitic Director Murray Chase and Producing Director Allan Kollar. Highlighted by performances from local actors, the duo revealed their exciting upcoming schedule:

Warner Home Video will release two new DVD box sets early in the first quarter as part of their 90th Anniversary initiative running throughout 2013: The Best of Warner Bros. 20 Film Collections: Best Pictures (January 29) and The Best of Warner Bros. 20 Film Collections: Musicals (February 12).

According to Variety, THE HOBBIT: AN UNEXPECTED JOURNEY is set to hit the $1 billion worldwide box office mark by March. Only 14 other films have ever reached this achievement, including TITANIC and AVATAR.

Picturehouse, the full-service independent film marketing and distribution company started in 2005, is reopening its doors with founder Bob Berney at the helm. Berney will serve as CEO and Jeanne Berney will serve as President of the relaunched company, which will continue to be based in New York.

Dark & Stormy Productions today announces its agreement with Actors' Equity Association to become an Equity theater, and announces the three actors and director for its upcoming production of Speed-the-Plow by David Mamet. ELF, based upon the hit movie starring Will Ferrell, returned to Broadway this holiday season at the Al Hirschfeld Theatre on November 9, 2012. Before the holidays, Broadway's ELF THE MUSICAL made one lucky winner's holiday wish come true with a walk-on role in the musical. Last night, the contest winner, Melissa Marengo, joined Buddy the Elf and the rest of the cast, including two-time Tony winner Beth Leavel and Wayne Knight of Seinfeld, on stage during the Macy's Santa Scene. IMAX Corporation (NYSE: IMAX; TSX:IMX) today announced that Peter Jackson 's The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey grossed $15.1 million in 452 IMAX theatres worldwide, which is an all-time best performance for an IMAX film in December. The Warner Bros. Pictures film, a production of New Line Cinema and Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, grossed $10.1 million in 326 domestic IMAX theatres.

Sundance Institute today announced the addition of four films to the 2013 Sundance Film Festival, including Magic Magic (Director: Sebastián Silva), Muscle Shoals (Director: Greg 'Freddy' Camalier) and Wrong Cops (Director: Quentin Dupieux) as well as El Mariachi (1993) for the From the Collection screening. The 2013 Festival will be January 17-27 in Park City, Salt Lake City, Ogden and Sundance, Utah.

IMAX Corporation (NYSE: IMAX; TSX: IMX) today announced that Peter Jackson's The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey, a production of New Line Cinema and Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Pictures (MGM), the first of a trilogy of films adapting the enduringly popular masterpiece The Hobbit, by J.R.R. Tolkien, will be digitally re-mastered into the immersive IMAX® 3D format. The film will be released in IMAX® internationally starting Dec. 12 and domestically beginning Dec. 14.

WaterTower Music has announced the release of The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey Original Motion Picture Soundtrack at all retailers today, December 11th. The soundtrack will be available both digitally and as a 2 CD set. A Special Edition of the soundtrack featuring six exclusive bonus tracks, seven extended score cues, and deluxe liner notes will also be available today, December 11.

'Extra's' AJ Calloway was backstage with Michael Strahan for his Broadway debut in ELF. Michael has two roles in the show - he plays a cop and a bell-ringing Santa. Despite playing in front of hundreds of thousands of fans during his football career, Strahan told AJ that he had some pre-performance jitters before going out in front of the 1,200 person audience.
