In its Fifth Anniversary at SXSW, FLOOD Announces Lineup for FLOODfest 2019 Presented by Magic Leap

Today FLOOD (http://floodmagazine.com/) announced the two-day lineup for the annual FLOODfest presented by Magic Leap during the 2019 South by Southwest (SXSW) Conference. FLOOD Magazine is returning to the festival to celebrate the fifth anniversary of FLOODfest, which has become one of SXSW's premier must-attend events every year. Hosted at the popular and centrally located Cedar Street Courtyard, FLOODfest is partnering with Magic Leap, creator of the premier spatial computing platform, the Magic Leap One, to present a string of marquee names alongside up-and-comers, including Broken Social Scene, White Denim, Kari Faux, Priests, HÆLOS, Herizen, and Leikeli47. Additionally, ahead of their recently announced reunion tour, legendary Atlanta hip-hop collective Dungeon Family, featuring Outkast's Big Boi, Goodie Mob, and Organized Noize's Sleepy Brown, will headline Wednesday. 

Alicia Keys, Ariana Grande, Halsey and More Announced As iHeartRadio Music Awards Performers

 iHeartMedia and Fox Broadcasting Company (FOX) announced today that the 2019 iHeartRadio Music Awards will feature performances by Alicia Keys, Ariana Grande, Halsey, Garth Brooks, John Legend and Kacey Musgraves, with more to be announced. The live two-hour event airs Thursday, March 14 (8:00-10:00 PM ET live/PT tape-delayed) on FOX from the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles.  The sixth annual iHeartRadio Music Awards will also air live on iHeartMedia radio stations nationwide and iHeartRadio, the all-in-one digital music, podcast, on demand and live-streaming radio service.

Buck Meek Announces Tour Dates Supporting Jeff Tweedy

Buck Meek has shared the first new music since his critically acclaimed debut album, released last year on Keeled Scales. New song 'Halo Light' is a gently rumbling rumination on 'the afterglow of loss, humanity's ephemera, and the eternal nature of love.” The song was recorded with Dan Molad and Pete Lalish from Lucius and Oliver Hill from Pavo Pavo. Brooklyn Vegan premiered the track, noting 'it's a relaxed, lazy Sunday morning kind of folk rock song. John Pizzarelli & Jessica Molaskey Present New Shows At Bay Area Cabaret

Bay Area Cabaret welcomes back world-renowned guitarist and singer John Pizzarelli and singer Jessica Molaskey, a duo Time Magazine calls the "Astaire-Rodgers of the cabaret world." Bay Area Cabaret audiences will have the chance to see, or choose between, two varied programs:  The first, at 3:30 is a centennial tribute to Nat King Cole, a Venetian Room regular, whose work is celebrated on Mr. Pizzarelli's upcoming CD, Centenially Yours.
