Primary Stages in association with Susan Dietz (Fela!, Mothers and Sons), presents the world premiere of While I Yet Live by the Tony-winning star of Kinky Boots and Angels in America, Billy Porter, and directed by Tony Award nominee Sheryl Kaller (Mothers and Sons, Next Fall, Adrift in Macao). While I Yet Live plays a limited, six-week engagement, tonight, September 24, through October 31 at Primary Stages at The Duke on 42nd Street - a NEW 42ND STREET project (229 West 42nd Street). Opening night is Sunday, October 12 at 5PM.

THE RIVER, Starring Hugh Jackman, Announces New Ticket Access Policies

THE RIVER, a new play by Jez Butterworth, starring Hugh Jackman, Laura Donnelly and Cush Jumbo and directed by Ian Rickson, has announced three new ticket access policies for $35 day-of seats, standing room and an additional ticket block which is being added to the theatre's seating configuration for the production. The River begins preview performances on Friday, October 31 and will open on Sunday, November 16 at the Circle in the Square Theatre (50th Street between Broadway and Eighth Avenue). The production will play a strictly limited 13-week engagement through Sunday, January 25, 2015.

BWW Preview: New Beginnings Await in New Season of MODERN FAMILY

In last season's finale (The Wedding, Part 2 aired May 21, 2014), Pepper (Nathan Lane) orchestrated a change of wedding venues, while Jay and Gloria mend the broken relationship between Merle and Barb. Meanwhile, Phil tried to incorporate a magic trick into his new role in the wedding, while Luke and Manny acted like an old married couple, much to Alex's delight. Looking at events that occurred in the season finale that might act as a jumping off point when the Emmy-winner kicks off its sixth season next month, Haley spends the episode contemplating her true feelings for Andy (Adam DeVine) the manny (whose feelings for her seem to be reciprocated, as he's seen waiting in the taxi outside the wedding venue), and of course, Mitch & Cam are officially hitched.
