Roundabout Theatre Company announces Hani Furstenberg will assume the role of "Fraulein Kost" on Monday, December 22. Original cast member Gayle Rankin will play her final performance as "Fraulein Kost" on Sunday, December 21. Cabaret is playing a limited engagement on Broadway through March 29, 2015 starring Alan Cumming as "Emcee" (through March 29) and Emma Stone as "Sally Bowles" (through February 1).

Legendary director/writer/producer Garry Marshall will direct the Vineyard Theatre's New York debut of Mike Bencivenga's comedy BILLY & RAY this fall, with performances set to begin October 2 and an opening night scheduled for October 20 at The Vineyard, it has been announced by Douglas Aibel, Artistic Director, and Sarah Stern, Co-Artistic Director.

Falcon Theatre will present Impro Theatre's The Western UnScripted, co-directed by Dan O'Connor and Stephen Kearin, the first production of the Falcon Theatre's 2014-2015 Subscription Season. Impro Theatre's critically acclaimed, award-winning ensemble of improvisers, which the LA Times calls "an amazing comedy troupe that spins comedy gold right before your eyes," create completely new, completely unscripted, and completely hilarious full-length plays at every performance. According to StageandCinema.com, an Impro performance is "as high a degree of general excellence in writing, acting, and direction as I have seen in any theater company in America."

Falcon Theatre Founder, Garry Marshall, is thrilled to announce the Falcon Theatre's 2014-2015 5-Play Subscription Season. Falcon Theatre's 13th subscription season brings five compelling productions to Burbank, including two premiere shows, a performance by George Carlin's daughter Kelly Carlin, and collaborations with the award-winning companies Impro Theatre and Troubadour Theater Company. The Harbor Lights Theater Company, led by Executive Artistic Director Tamara Jenkins, Co-Artistic Director Jay Montgomery, and Associate Producer Beth Gittleman, announces that special preparations are being made for the Mother's Day performances of Driving Miss Daisy, running today, May 9th through the 18th at the Music Hall at Snug Harbor Cultural Center & Botanical Gardens.

Entering its sixth season in 2014-15, CONTACT!, the Philharmonic's new-music series, will include five programs featuring World, U.S., and New York Premieres, four of which explore the new-music scene from four different countries, and a fifth curated and hosted by composer John Adams. CONTACT! will return for three programs at SubCulture, co-presented with 92nd Street Y: John's Playlist, featuring works by five composers selected by John Adams; a concert of works by Israeli composers, featuring The Mary and James G. Wallach Artist-in-Residence Lisa Batiashvili alongside Philharmonic musicians; and a performance of works by Italian composers. Two CONTACT! programs will take place at The Metropolitan Museum of Art with Met Museum Presents: a concert of works by Nordic composers conducted in part by Music Director Alan Gilbert; and a program featuring works from Japan, conducted by Jeffrey Milarsky.

Roundabout Theatre Company tonight opens Cabaret, starring Alan Cumming in his Tony Award-winning role as 'Emcee' and three-time Academy Award nominee Michelle Williams as 'Sally Bowles'. Tickets are now available through January 4, 2015. The production was originally scheduled to run through August 31. Cumming isn't the only MC of Cabaret past to grace the stage of the Kit Kat Club.
