Music Theatre of Connecticut MainStage, Fairfield County's award-winning professional theatre company, concludes its 2013/2014 Season with 'The Fantasticks' a musical with book by Tom Jones, music by Harvey Schmidt, lyrics by Tom Jones and based on 'Les Romanesques' by Edmond Rostand. Performances are April 11 - May 4, Fridays and Saturdays at 8pm, with matinees Saturdays at 4pm and Sundays at 2pm, at MTC MainStage Studio Theatre, 246 Post Road East (Colonial Green/Lower Level) in downtown Westport, CT. New Hampshire Theatre Project's Youth Repertory Company will present two mid-semester Scene Study performances on Friday & Saturday, December 6-7, at 7 pm. Admission is free, but reservations are highly recommended and donations are cheerfully accepted.

New Hampshire Theatre Project celebrates its Silver Anniversary this year - a quarter century of creating transformational theatre. Along with touring productions like Dreaming Again and educational residency programs at schools and community organizations throughout New Hampshire, the NHTP 2013-14 Season at W.E.S.T. encompasses a variety of styles that honor the organization's broad spectrum of programming over 25 years.

Set with the backdrop of the Vietnam Veteran's Memorial Plaza (55 Water Street), the show will take place October 10th, 11th and 12, starting at 5:30pm. The late afternoon will be filled with a beautiful sunset, hot drinks and a night of theatre that makes a difference.

MAN BEHIND THE CURTAIN is pleased to announce the world premiere production of Marianne Driscoll's MCGOLDRICK'S THREAD, with additional lyrics by Eliot Riskin, music by Ronnie D'Addario, dance arrangements by Patrick Mangan, choreography by Riverdance alums Jason Oremus and Garrett Coleman and directed by Kira Simring initial performances sold-out prior to the public announcement. MCGOLDRICK'S THREAD will play a two-week Off-Broadway limited engagement, as part of the 1st Irish Theater Festival, at St. Marks Theatre 80 (80 St. Marks Pl, NYC). Performances begin Wednesday, September 11 additional performances have been added to accommodate audience demand: Sept. 14th & 28th at 2:00 p.m. and Sept. 17th & 24th at 7:00 p.m.
