Symphony siren and Broadway diva N'Kenge (Motown: The Musical and Sondheim and Sondheim) is making her debut appearance at Jacksonville Symphony's Baby Boomers: Music of the 60s show.

The BROADWAY SINGS concert series will present its 10th show this February with Broadway Sings Billy Joel. A cast of 20 Broadway stars will sing completely new arrangements of the Piano Man's greatest hits. The performers will be accompanied by a jazz orchestra playing original orchestrations. Previous artists honored in the series include Adele, Michael Jackson, Beyonce, and Sara Bareilles.

It should come as absolutely no surprise to anyone that on Tuesday night, February 16, Music City officially fell in love with Motown. The nonprofit AT&T Performing Arts Center announced today that tickets for SFJAZZ Collective will go on sale Friday, February 26 at 10 a.m. The award-winning jazz ensemble, SFJAZZ Collective, will perform the Music of Michael Jackson plus a selection of their originals at 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 13, 2016 at Strauss Square in the Dallas Arts District.

It was an epic night at Broadway Sessions Thursday, February 11th, as cast members from School of Rock descended from the top of Mt. Rock (aka The Winter Garden Theater) and invaded the Laurie Beechman Theater. The kids in the band, and some adults, wielded their instruments like light sabers, slaying tune after tune.
