Clinton The Musical has found its Bills. Yes, Bills plural - it takes two actors to play the larger than life 42nd President of The United States. Playing President 'WJ' Clinton is Tom Galantich (Tail! Spin!, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels) and Duke Lafoon (MONICA! The Musical, A Wonderful Life) will take on the role of 'Billy' Clinton. Additional casting includesJohn Treacy Egan (Nice Work if you Can Get It, Sister Act) as Newt Gingrich, Veronica Kuehn(Mamma Mia!, Avenue Q) as Monica Lewinsky, Kevin Zak (Silence! The Musical, My Life is a Musical) as Kenneth Starr with Kara Guy (National Tour: Footloose), Dale Hensley (La Cage aux Folles, The Drowsy Chaperone), Rob Richardson (Jekyll & Hyde, A Tale of Two Cities), and Gretchen Wylder(Bedbugs!!!, Til Divorce Do Us Part). They will join the previously announced Tony nominee, Kerry Butler as Hillary Clinton and Emmy Award winner, Judy Gold as Eleanor Roosevelt.

Kari Lynn Hearn of CoolChic Productions and Executive Producer,Ken Davenport just announced that Clinton has its Hillary. Tony Award Nominated actress Kerry Butler will don the pantsuit and heels as she takes on the role of Hillary Rodham Clinton in Clinton The Musical.
CLINTON THE MUSICAL to Open Off-Broadway This Spring

This summer, Clinton The Musical, written by Paul and Michael Hodge premiered at the New York Musical Theatre Festival. The headline-making musical played to sold out houses and extended several times. The show was featured in such media outlets as Bloomberg Television, Mother Jones, Rolling Stone Magazine, MSNBC, CNN and BBC to name a few. This spring, Clinton The Musical will get its official Off-Broadway premiere directed by Tony nominated Dan Knechtges (Tail! Spin!, Lysistrata Jones, Xanadu). Performances will begin on March 26, and Opening Night will be on Thursday, April 9 at New World Stages (340 West 50 Street). Clinton The Musical is produced by Kari Lynn Hearn of CoolChic Productions and Executive Produced by Ken Davenport. A new musical created by a team of Australian brothers, Paul and Michael Hodge, CLINTON will makes its US debut at the 2014 New York Musical Theatre Festival. The new musical will be directed by Adam Arian with musical direction by James Dobinson and choreography by Emily McNamara, it will begin performances July 18 through July 25 at The Alice Griffin Jewel Box Theatre at The Pershing Square Signature Center (480 West 42nd Street). The show is directed, choreographed and conceived by Austin McCormick, with a script adapted and written by Jeff Takacs. Nutcracker Rouge runs from December 10, 2010 to January 9, 2011 in a limited engagement at Company XIV's theatre space, located at 303 Bond Street, between Union & Sackett in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn. Company XIV is donating 50% of the show's proceeds to the Ali Forney Center in New York City.
