The Tom Kitt Band Plays Bitter End 6/1, Chase, Colella and Stern to Guest

The Tom Kitt Band, led by Next to Normal's Tony-nominated composer Kitt and featuring Damien Bassman, Michael Aarons, and Dan Grennes, will appear at The Bitter End on Monday, June 1 at 10:15 pm. The concert will also feature guest performances from Broadway performers Will Chase, Jenn Colella and Rachel Stern who all starred in Kitt's first Broadway musical, High Fidelity.

Ghostlight Records confirms yesterday's digital release of the Original Broadway Cast Recording of the critically acclaimed new musical NEXT TO NORMAL. The 4/7 digital release, which has already reached #20 on iTunes, will be followed by a Double-CD brick-and-mortar retail release on May 12th.

PS Classics To Record 'Frontier Heroes' Songs

PS CLASSICS, the label dedicated to the heritage of Broadway and American popular song, will commence recording of Jason Danieley and The Frontier Heroes on Thursday, April 10 in a New York studio. The group's critically acclaimed concert, 'Love: A Work in Progress' was most recently performed at New York's famed Birdland Jazz Club in February 2008, and will now make its way to disc.
