Willemijn Verkaik, Savannah Stevenson, Jeremy Taylor & More Join West End's WICKED Today

WICKED, the long-running hit West End musical that tells the incredible untold story of the Witches of Oz, welcomes international Wicked star Willemijn Verkaik (Elphaba), Savannah Stevenson (Glinda), Jeremy Taylor (Fiyero); Sue Kelvin (Madame Morrible) and Olivier award-winning actor Paul Clarkson (Doctor Dillamond) to the new London cast at the Apollo Victoria Theatre, beginning today, Monday 18 November 2013. Sam Kelly returns to play The Wizard, a role he previously played in 2009/2010. Katie Rowley Jones (Nessarose) and Sam Lupton (Boq) continue in their current starring roles. Emma Hatton is the Standby Elphaba and current ensemble cast member Sophie Linder-Lee is now the Standby Glinda.

This album features songs from the Olivier-nominated 'Loserville', 'Out There' and 'Best Friends and Butterflies' and are written by the aforementioned Davis with assistance from other esteemed writers such as his 'Loserville' partner James Bourne, Anthony Drewe, Adam Bard and Sam Kenyon.

WICKED, the long-running hit West End musical that tells the incredible untold story of the Witches of Oz, is pleased to announce that Savannah Stevenson (Glinda), Jeremy Taylor (Fiyero); Sue Kelvin (Madame Morrible) and Olivier award-winning actor Paul Clarkson (Doctor Dillamond) will join the previously announced international Wicked star Willemijn Verkaik (Elphaba) in the new London cast at the Apollo Victoria Theatre from Monday 18 November 2013. The new London cast for the global smash hit musical MAMMA MIA! at the Prince of Wales Theatre will start performances on Monday 13 June. The cast will be headed by Sally Ann Triplett as ‘Donna Sheridan', with Joanna Monro as ‘Rosie' and Kim Ismay as ‘Tanya'. William Tapley will play ‘Sam Carmichael', Oliver Senton ‘Harry Bright', Mark Gillis ‘Bill Austin', Dani De Waal ‘Sophie Sheridan', Craig Fletcher ‘Sky', Hannah Fairclough ‘Ali', Rachel Sargent ‘Lisa', Warren Sollars ‘Pepper' and Alex Jessop ‘Eddie'. At certain performances, the role of ‘Donna Sheridan' will be played by Melissa Jacques.

Harriet Thorpe will take over the role of ‘Tanya' in the smash-hit musical 'MAMMA MIA' on Monday 14 June 2010. Best-known for her television roles in the BBC's 'Brittas Empire' and 'Absolutely Fabulous', Harriet's West End credits include ‘Madame Morrible' in 'Wicked', ‘Fraulein Kost' in 'Cabaret' and ‘Madame Thénardier' in 'Les Misérables'.

There will be an additional matinee of 'MAMMA MIA!' at 3.00pm on Tuesday 25 August at the Prince of Wales Theatre. This is a special matinee performance to celebrate Kids Week in London. At this performance for each ticket purchased for an adult, one child may go free. A further two tickets for children may also be purchased at half price. These prices are only applicable if the tickets are booked in one transaction.
