The Fox Cities Performing Arts Center and producers Thomas Schumacher of Disney Theatrical Productions and Cameron Mackintosh announced today that tickets for the long-awaited production of Mary Poppins will go on sale to the public on Friday, December 9 at 10:00 a.m.

Broadway Across America-Milwaukee, the Marcus Center as part of the Time Warner Cable Broadway at the Marcus Center Series and producers Thomas Schumacher of Disney Theatrical Productions and Cameron Mackintosh announced today that tickets for the long-awaited production of MARY POPPINS will go on sale to the public on Sunday, December 4 at 12:00 p.m. Milwaukee's most eagerly awaited stage production will begin performances at the Marcus Center on Tuesday, February 28 for a limited engagement of one week through Sunday, March 4.

In Austin, MARY POPPINS will play April 10-15, 2012, Tuesday-Friday at 8 p.m.; Saturday at 2 p.m. & 8 p.m.; Sunday at 1 p.m. & 6:30 p.m.. Ticket prices start as low as $30. Theatre League has announced a new theatrical touring production of Blue Man Group will stop in Thousand Oaks from Nov. 29-Dec. 4.

Matthew Bourne and New Adventures are delighted to announce a year long celebration of work and special events to commemorate the 25th Anniversary of the company's first performance in 1987. New Adventures (formerly Adventures in Motion Pictures) gave it's first performances in the late eighties under the direction of Bourne, Emma Gladstone and David Massingham. In 1991 Bourne became the sole Artistic Director and guided the company from a small scale touring troupe to a worldwide dance phenomenon, making Bourne himself a star choreographer with an international reputation. The name change to New Adventures in 2002 brought further success, guided by co-director, Robert Noble, and a new repertoire of popular premieres, major revivals and extraordinary audience development.

New York City Center will reopen following a historic renovation and modernization with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and star-studded gala on Tuesday, October 25 at New York City Center. Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg will conduct the Encores! Orchestra in the opening number (as a nod to Mayor Fiorello LaGuardia, who conducted the New York Philharmonic when City Center opened as a performing arts center in 1943).
