James William Productions and Stephenie Skyllas will present Kurt Peterson and Victoria Mallory in When Everything Was Possible, A Concert (with comments), for one night only, Sunday April 29th (7:30pm) at New York City Center (131 West 55th Street, between 6th and 7th Avenues), as a benefit for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. They will be joined by a thirteen-piece band (Michael Rafter, Music Director), playing new orchestrations by Tony Award winner Jonathan Tunick. Larry Moss directs, with musical staging by Joshua Bergasse ("Smash"). Carolyn Wong will provide lighting design, with sound design by Leon Rothenberg and projection design by Telegraphicmedia.

Idina Menzel's new PBS concert special, Idina Menzel Live: Barefoot at the Symphony, premiered on Chicago's PBS affiliate WTTW on January 9. The concert - filmed in November in Toronto featuring husband Taye Diggs and legendary composer/conductor Marvin Hamlisch - will be released on DVD and CD on March 6, the singer's official website reveals.

Award-winning Broadway star Faith Prince is to replace Klea Blackhurst in The Best of Times, 42nd Street Moon's 80th Birthday salute to Tony-winning Broadway composer/lyricist, Jerry Herman. The Best of Times will be presented at the Alcazar Theatre on Thursday, January 26 at 7 pm.

Oscar-winning Hollywood legend Liza Minnelli has signed up to appear at a major charity gala in London on 29 April 2012 to celebrate the work of legendary songwriters Kander & Ebb. Ravinia Festival today announced the show-stopping Broadway superstar and star of television hit Glee Idina Menzel will make her Ravinia debut on Sunday, July 8. The concert, featuring the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, will be led by renowned composer and conductor Marvin Hamlisch, who returns to the festival for the first time since 2001. It is Menzel's first time performing with the CSO.
