Stacy Shane and ManUnderdog Productions have optioned the new play, 'The Sex King' by Bill C. Davis ('Mass Appeal'). The production is planned for next season and a reading will be held in the spring.

"TalkOut Mondays" (after performance) continues March 15th with Bill C Davis (playwright), Tim Viola (activist, BC/EFA) and Broadway Impact co-founders: Gavin Creel (star of "Hair"), Rory O'Malley & Jenny Kanelos at the critically acclaimed hit show "The Temperamentals" by Jon Marans at New World Stages (340 West 50th Street). Daryl Roth, Stacy Shane and Martian Entertainment are presenting the new American play. Thomas Jay Ryan (recently on Broadway "In The Next Room") portrays Harry Hay. Michael Urie (from TV's "Ugly Betty") is Rudi Gernreich. Arnie Burton (an original cast member of Broadway's "39 Steps") joins the cast in multiple roles. Rounding out the cast of five multiple talented actors are Matthew Schneck, and Sam Breslin Wright. The critically acclaimed hit show is directed by Jonathan Silverstein. The Set & Costume design is by Clint Ramos, lighting by Josh Bradford and Daniel Kluger is the sound designer. Producing company New Make Do would like to announce an industry presentation of WALKER IN BABYLON, a musical immersion experience that will have two readings March 19th at The Monkey Space. The cast includes Caissie Levy (Sheila in HAIR, WICKED), David Larsen (BILLY ELLIOT, GOOD VIBRATIONS), Asmeret Ghebremichael (LEGALLY BLONDE, SPAMALOT), and recording artist and cast member of last year's cancelled GODSPELL, Celisse Henderson. Music and lyrics written by David Reiser, book by Jimmy Ray Bennett. WALKER IN BABYLON is produced by New Make Do and general managed by Martian Entertainment (ALTAR BOYZ, Broadway's upcoming BARE, THE TEMPERAMENTALS). The first presentation of WALKER took place in July '09 at the 45th Street Theatre.
