Arguably the most brilliant musical ever created, Oklahoma! changed the face of American musical theatre forever. The high-spirited rivalry between the local farmers and cowboys provides the colorful background against which Curly, a handsome cowboy, and Laurey, a winsome farm girl, play out their love story.

Paper Mill Playhouse is proud to announce the opening of the theatre's 70th Season with Rodgers and Hammerstein's Oklahoma! Created by the team of director, James Brennan, and choreographer, Peggy Hickey, Oklahoma! will run at the Millburn theatre from September 17 through October 19, 2008. Juno played its final performance on March 30th, 2008. The play starred Victoria Clark and Conrad John Schuck. Juno tells the story of the and Irish family in Dublin in the early 1920's.

Tony Award-winner Victoria Clark will be joined by Conrad John Schuck, Dermot Crowley, Celia Keenan-Bolger and Michael Arden in Marc Blitzstein and Joseph Stein's Juno, the second Encores! production of New York City Center's 2008 season. Directed by Tony Award- winner Garry Hynes with guest music direction by Eric Stern and choreography by Warren Carlyle, Juno will play for five performances, from March 27 - 30, at New York City Center, West 55th Street (between 6th and 7th Avenues). This will be the first production since the original Broadway staging in 1959 to use the original orchestration by Blitzstein, Hershey Kay and Robert Russell Bennett.

Murney, Cuervo, Benjamin, Freeman, Arcelus and Waldman Join Wicked Tour in March

Beginning March 8 (when performances begin at the Aronoff Center in Cincinnati), Julia Murney will assume the role of Elphaba, Alma Cuervo will become Madame Morrible, P.J. Benjamin will step into the role of the Wizard, Sebastian Arcelus will be Fiyero, and Jennifer Waldman will be Nessarose. Beginning March 28 (when the show will be playing at the Academy of Music in Philadelphia), K. Todd Freeman assumes the role of Dr. Dillamond.
