MAMMA MIA!, the global smash hit musical based on the songs of ABBA, will transfer from the Winter Garden Theatre to the Broadhurst Theatre this fall. BroadwayWorld has conformed that the show will play its final performance at the Winter Garden on October 19. Peformances will begin at the Broadhurst on November 2.

Creator/Producer Judy Craymer has announced that MAMMA MIA!, the global smash hit musical based on the songs of ABBA, will transfer from the Winter Garden Theatre to the Broadhurst Theatre in late 2013.

On Monday, February 11th, members of the Broadway company of Mamma Mia! teamed up with Sing For Your Seniors to bring an extra-special performance to the patients of Calvary Cancer Hospital in the Bronx. The event was part of Sing For Your Seniors' new 'Broadway Sessions' program, which brings members of a current Broadway cast to perform at one of its centers. CAROLS FOR A CURE is the annual two-disc holiday CD compilation of original songs and holiday classics which benefits BC/EFA. These CDs boast the best voices from the worlds of Broadway, Off-Broadway and national tours. A full track list for this year's 14th edition has not yet been announced, but the cast of Broadway's MAMMA MIA! was already hard a work yesterday recording their track for the album.
