Following a sold-out premiere at the Peoples Improv Theater in 2011, Gay Camp is now set to play FringeNYC this coming August, directed by Phillip Fazio.

Comedic actors Christian Mansfield (Broadway Bares, National Tour of 42nd Street), Ken Urso, and Philip Mutz (also co-author) will star in the upcoming production of Gay Camp in this year's New York International Fringe Festival, running from August 11 - August 22. Gay Camp is directed by Arizona native Phillip Fazio.

Showtime kicked off its portion of the TCA Summer Press Tour with a slew of announcements, including a swan song for THE BIG C, billed as 'a special limited run series consisting of four one-hour installments.'

Executive producers Gwyneth Paltrow and Joel Gallen of Tenth Planet Productions will join STAND UP TO CANCER's production team to deliver a one-of-a-kind show featuring performances from top recording artists, and celebrities from film, television and sports engaging viewers with powerful stories and a moving call-to-action.

The New York Times is reporting that Alec Baldwin will return to Broadway in the Spring of 2013 in a new production of OPRHANS, to be directed by Tony-winner Daniel Sullivan. There is no word yet on a theatre or additional cast members for the production.

Manhattan Theatre Club has created a special short film in celebration of Lynne Meadow's 40th anniversary as the visionary and artistic leader of the organization. Last night, June 18, The Public Theater celebrated the 50th Anniversary of the Delacorte Theater, home of Shakespeare in the Park, and honored Al Pacino for his body of work at The Public. The evening included a benefit reading of Romeo and Julie featuring Kevin Kline as Romeo and Meryl Streep as Juliet. On hand to celebrate were the likes of Julia Stiles, Chelsea Clinton, Steve Martin and many more who have both particiated and enjoyed the works at the Delacorte.
