Single-show tickets go on sale Sept. 19 for three hit musicals in the 2014-15 Broadway Sacramento season: Dirty Dancing - The Classic Story On Stage, the high-energy musical based on the beloved 1987 movie; a new production of the ever-popular Andrew Lloyd Webber & Tim Rice hit Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, featuring two stars from American Idol and Broadway fame; and the return of the audience favorite RAIN: A Tribute to The Beatles, in a newly expanded version of the show

The producers of The Book of Mormon, winner of nine Tony Awards , including Best Musical, and Broadway Across Canada announced that single tickets will go on sale today, September 13 at 10:00am. An exclusive pre-sale for American Express Card-members will begin at 10 AM on September 8 thru September 10.

THE BOOK OF MORMON, winner of nine Tony Awards , including Best Musical, is pleased to announce a lottery ticket policy for the National Tour, which begins September 16 at the Princess of Wales Theatre and plays a limited 11 week engagement through November 30 in Toronto, the production will conduct a pre-show lottery at the box office, making 24 tickets available at $25 apiece, cash only.

Matthew James Thomas, who originated the role of Pippin in the current 2013 Tony Award winning revival, will perform the title role when the show launches its tour in Denver, and he will also play the role in the entire run in San Francisco at the SHN Golden Gate Theatre (September 23 through October 19, 2014) and in Los Angeles at Hollywood Pantages (October 21 through November 9, 2014). Kyle Selig will be taking a medical leave of absence for vocal rest from the Pippin tour. It remains unknown whether Thomas will continue throughout the rest of the tour.

Beginning tonight, August 26th, John Dossett will join the all-new Tony Award winning production of Pippin in the role of 'Charles.'

Kyle Selig stars as Pippin in the new national touring production of PIPPIN that launches in Denver on Sept. 6. Kyle sent his selfie video series, JOIN US: A DAY IN THE LIFE OF PIPPIN that The Denver Center for the Performing Arts put together into a vlog to show fans a fun day in the life of Kyle and his show. THE BOOK OF MORMON, winner of nine Tony Awards including Best Musical, has broken the house record in Spokane, WA for the week ending August 17 the INB Performing Arts Center grossing $1,673,452.00 for a standard 8-performance week. THE BOOK OF MORMON breaks the record, previously set by Wicked in 2011.

The newly staged version of Kander and Ebb's The Visit, starring Chita Rivera, concludes its run in the Williamstown Theatre Festival today, August 17. Under the direction of John Doyle, the show officially opened on August 2.
