Pre-orders of Broadway's Carols for a Cure, Volume 12 are being taken now for November 1st delivery.

Stephanie J. Block, Broadway star of '9 to 5: The Musical,' 'Wicked,' 'The Pirate Queen,' and 'The Boy From Oz,' will star opposite Jason Alexander, Artistic Director of Reprise Theatre Company, in 'They're Playing Our Song,' the opening production of the company's 2010-2011 season, playing September 28 to October 10 (press opening September 29) at UCLA's Freud Playhouse.

Sometimes you go to the theatre to see a star, but you end up seeing something different -- or stumbling upon something even better. This past weekend, I went to two Broadway shows that had understudies. In both cases, I was entirely happy with what I saw.

Two more casts have added their voices to Broadway's Carols for a Cure, the annual holiday music CD benefiting Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS (BC/EFA). Promises, Promises cast members sing 'Oh Come, Oh Come Emmanuel,' and Joey Curatolo, who plays Paul McCartney in RAIN - A Tribute To The Beatles On Broadway, wrote and recorded an original song 'Wishing You a Very Merry Christmas.'

Reprise Theatre Company presents two one-night only special events: An Evening with Sutton Foster for one performance only on Monday, October 4, 2010 at 8:00 pm, and Betty Buckley in Concert with Seth Rudetsky on Monday, February 21,2011 at 8:00pm. Producer Orin Wolf and Off the Aisle Productions have announced that It Must Be Him, a new comedy by Kenny Solms, co-creator and writer of the legendary, Emmy Award-winning 'Carol Burnett Show,' will premiere this summer at the Peter J. Sharp Theatre (416 West 42nd Street). Directed by Daniel Kutner, It Must Be Him began performances on Tuesday, August 24, and officially opened on Wednesday, September 1. The limited engagement ends Sunday, September 26.

Yesterday, Sunday September 12 was the highly anticipated FREE Broadway on Broadway hosted by Kelsey Grammer, Tony®-nominated star of the Tony Award-winning Broadway revival of La Cage Aux Folles and five-time Emmy Award winner. With well known songs from hit shows and a few from the upcoming season - the event was a hot success despite the cold weather in Times Square.

Today, Sunday September 12 is the highly anticipated FREE Broadway on Broadway. In addition to the musical performances announced below, ANYTHING GOES star Sutton Foster will talk about the upcoming new musicals of the season and LOMBARDI stars Dan Lauria and Judith Light will tell the crowd about the season's new plays.
