HBO Passes on MIRACULOUS YEAR Series

According to Deadline.com, HBO has chosen not to go further with John Logan's Miraculous Year pilot. The Broadway star packed pilot was directed by Kathryn Bigelow. HBO reortedly decided to pass on the series becuase it did not have a wide enough appeal.

The Hurt Locker's Kathryn Bigelow is directing the pilot, which begins shooting this summer. Both Logan and Bigelow are also executive producing the piece.
