With summer right around the corner, Bay Street is in full swing with a schedule chock full of events. The season kicks off with a bang in May as Bay Street Theatre hosts a star-studded, jam-packed evening to dedicate its new second stage.

New York's sexiest revue, EROTIC BROADWAY, which enjoyed a sold out run in the summer and fall of last year, will return to New York on March 27th at 11PM with a new edition of the show titled 'Vintage Variety,' which is currently scheduled to play once a month at The Triad Theater through August with additional upcoming performances on April 24th, May 29th, June 26th, July 31st, and August 28th.

Sam Mendes and Kate Winslet Separate

A U.K. law firm has confirmed that screen star Kate Winslet, and her stage and screen director husband Sam Mendes have amicably separated. The pair had been married for seven years and have a son together (Winslet's daughter is from a previous marriage). According to their lawyers, the separation is 'entirely amicable and is by mutual agreement' and both Winslet and Mendes are 'fully committed to the future joint parenting of their children.'
O'Byrne & Rachel Wood Join Winslet in HBO's 'Mildred Pierce'

Stage and screen stars Brian F. O'Byrne and Evan Rachel Wood are set to join Kate Winslet in the upcoming HBO Miniseries, 'Mildred Pierce.' The show will center around Winslet as Mildred Pierce Beragon as she worked as a waitress to support her family, consisting of her husband Bert, played by O'Byrne, and her daughter Veda, played by Wood, in Los Angeles during the Great Depression.

'The Hurt Locker' won Best Picture and the film's director Kathryn Bigelow took home the award for Best Director. Jeff Bridges took home the Oscar for Best Actor for his work in 'Crazy Heart', Sandra Bullock won Best Actress for 'The Blind Side', Christoph Waltz took home Best Supporting Actor for 'Inglourious Basterds' and Mo'Niqe garnered the award for Best Supporting Actress for her role in 'Precious'.
