For the first time ever, MTV is set to make STAPLES Center in Los Angeles the center of the music universe when the 2012 VIDEO MUSIC AWARDS airs LIVE on Thursday, September 6 from 8 - 10 PM ET / PT.

MTV today announced that comedian, actor and TV personality Russell Brand will take the MTV MOVIE AWARDS stage for the first time as host when the show airs live on Sunday, June 3rd at 9 pm ET/PT on MTV from the Gibson Amphitheatre in Universal City, California.

Jimmy Fallon, comedian, musician and late-night host, has finally revealed the cover artwork of his upcoming album, aptly titled Blow Your Pants Off, in stores June 12th on Warner Bros.
