Artistic Director Eric Schaeffer and Managing Director Maggie Boland announce the full lineup for Signature Theatre's 2018/19 season.

A compelling storyteller's voice shines through on Madeleine Peyroux's confident 'Anthem', out August 31st (UMG). The lyrics are smart, witty and darkly hopeful, and Peyroux's characters and settings are so vividly drawn, it's as if a series of short films have come alive through song. Peyroux's cinematic storytelling is utterly engaging, enhanced by the spot-on accompaniment that complements each track — the mischievous harmonica on 'ASunday Afternoon', the wicked guitar on 'Down on Me', the pace of the understated 'Anthem' (a Leonard Cohen cover,) and the sly, delightful 'Honey Party'.

Sony/ATV Music Publishing has signed a global sub-publishing agreement with independent publishing and record company ABIAH.

The intimate, indoor Event Gallery at Bethel Woods Center for the Arts will host An Evening with Jimmy Webb on Saturday, November 3 at 8:00 p.m. and Judy Collins: Holiday & Hits on Friday, December 14th at 8:00 p.m. Reserved seating tickets will go on-sale to the general public on Friday, April 20th at 10:00 a.m. at www.BethelWoodsCenter.org.

The incredibly talented and inspirational Hannah Corneau, most recently seen playing Yitzhak in the national tour of Hedwig and the Angry Inch, is getting ready to release the first of three videos with her new visual EP, ??? this April! Reflecting on her experiences on stage (Evita at the Marriott Theatre, Off-Broadway's Daddy Long Legs), as well as performing with NYC's RANGE a cappella, Corneau takes listeners on a journey of discovering truth in all of life's moments and recognizing how limitless our potential as human beings really is, as we prepare to soar!

'If you were working with a symphony orchestra or a studio full of synthesizers, you could make lots and lots of different sounds, but if your palette of sounds is restricted, it makes you really focus on how the music comes across. So in a way, I think it stimulates creativity because there are limitations to the sound and the range of notes that you've got.'

Art of Time Ensemble is proud to present All We Are Saying: An Abridged History of Protest Music, a festival-style concert featuring a program of protest music that spans musical genres and historical contexts. The festival, running Thursday May 10 to Saturday May 12, consists of two different programs of music over three nights at Harbourfront Centre Theatre: The Songs Program and The Classical & Folk Program.

On Saturday, April 28 at 9:00 p.m., three-time Grammy Award-winning bassist John Patituccileads his world-class electric guitar quartet in an evening of blues, funk, jazz, and soul in Zankel Hall. Patitucci is joined by guitarists Adam Rogers and Steve Cardenas, and drummerBrian Blade performing tracks from the group's critically-acclaimed debut recording Brooklyn, an album inspired by the vibrant, eclectic borough where Patitucci was born and raised. 

The New School Glass Box Theater welcomes pianist Andy Milne to our stage. Milne is a master arranger and bandleader, well known for his acclaimed group Dapp Theory and his work with saxophonist Steve Coleman, and with actor William Shatner. In this intimate concert, Milne will perform an entirely improvised solo set.

Two of the jazz world's most acclaimed guitarists, four-time Grammy winner Larry Carlton and John Pizzarelli perform a double bill at Mayo Performing Arts Center on Thursday, April 26 at 8 pm. Tickets are $39-$79.

Jason Robert Brown is a composer, lyricist, and conductor known for his work such as The Last Five Years, Bridges of Madison County and Parade. The three-time Tony award winner is coming to the London Palladium on 11 April as part of BBC Radio 2's Friday Night is Music Night series along with special guests Norm Lewis, Betsy Wolfe, and Rachel Tucker.
