Disney-ABC Television Group's ABC Entertainment and the Warner Bros. Television Group (WBTVG) announced today that they have reached a wide-ranging agreement regarding the digital distribution of series produced by Warner Bros. Television for ABC for the 2011/12 and 2012/13 seasons.

Renowned actress, producer and humanitarian Mary Tyler Moore will receive Screen Actors Guild (SAG)'s most prestigious accolade - the Screen Actors Guild Life Achievement Award. TNT has renewed its fast-paced, light-hearted caper drama Leverage for a fifth season, just as the fourth season is shaping up to score the show's biggest ratings yet. TNT has ordered 15 episodes of Leverage, with the fifth season slated to launch in summer 2012. The series - which centers on a gang of grifters, hackers and thieves out to settle scores against the rich and powerful - currently airs Sunday nights at 9 p.m. (ET/PT). After the show's Aug. 28 summer finale, Leverage will return to wrap up its fourth season with new episodes in November and December.

SHOWTIME has just announced that the second season of Shamless will premiere on January 8 at 9PM. SHAMELESS stars William H. Macy, Emmy Rossum and Joan Cusack. SHAMELESS is SHOWTIME's best performing freshman drama series in the past seven years.

Emmy(R)-nominated actress Lucy Liu (Charlie's Angels, Kill Bill: Volume 1) has been cast as a special guest-star on the upcoming fourth season of TNT's critically acclaimed police drama Southland. The series - starring Michael Cudlitz, Shawn Hatosy, Regina King and Ben McKenzie - is slated to launch its new season in January 2012 on TNT. Liu will appear throughout the season as a member of the LAPD.

TNT has renewed Falling Skies, cable's #1 new series, for a second season. The epic saga about the aftermath of an all-out invasion by an alien military force has been a tremendous hit both domestically and internationally. Falling Skies, which airs Sundays at 10 p.m. (ET/PT), stars Noah Wyle and comes to TNT from DreamWorks Television and executive producer Steven Spielberg. TNT has ordered 10 episodes for the second season, which is slated to air in summer 2012.

SHOWTIME has announced its panel line-up for the 2011 Comic-Con which will feature stars from some of the network's biggest original series.
