The Board of Trustees of Diversionary Theatre are pleased to announce the appointment of John E. Alexander as Diversionary's new Executive Director.

NAKED ANGELS' previously announced world premiere of the new play A Long and Happy Life by Bekah Brunstetter has been postponed to the 2012 Season. A Long and Happy Life was to be directed by NAKED ANGELS founding company member Pippin Parker and produced at the Peter Jay Sharp Theatre.

On Monday, February 14 NAKED ANGELS celebrated its 25th Anniversary as one of the most innovative theatre companies in New York with a spectacular Gala at Roseland Ballroom, entitled ONE BIG BALL!.

Last night, February 14, Naked Angels celebrated its 25th anniversary as one of the most innovative theatre companies in New York with a spectacular Gala, including cocktails, an elegant dinner and skits written and performed by Naked Angels company members. Company Members Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick served as Honorary Co-Chairs for the evening, with entertainment directed by Tony Award-winning Company Member Joe Mantello.

Naked Angels is collaborating with the Furious Theatre Company in Pasadena, CA to bring its unique 3-Step Formula for creative development to the West Coast and expand its programming to feature works for film and television in addition to the stage.

Andy Donald, current Associate Artistic Director of Naked Angels since April 2009, will assume the role of Artistic Director of the company in July of 2011, succeeding current Artistic Director Geoffrey Nauffts, who has held the position since September 2007.

Pasadena Playhouse (Sheldon Epps, Artistic Director and Tom Ware, Producing Director) announced today that John E. Alexander will serve as their new Director of External Relations for the theatre. He will oversee the Playhouse's marketing, sales and community relations efforts and will be working to expand the theatre's exposure regionally and nationally.
