Director Joe Dowling today announced that the Guthrie Theater will celebrate the work of Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright Tony Kushner in a landmark series set for the spring of 2009. The Guthrie today announced complete casting for the world premiere adaptation of Henrik Ibsen's Peer Gynt starring Mark Rylance.

The Guthrie will debut a new musical, Little House on the Prairie, based on the beloved 'Little House' books by writer Laura Ingalls Wilder.
