IN + OUT RECORDS, one of Europe's independent jazz labels, announced today, May 6, that there will now be a U.S. National distribution through the Allegro Music Group. Scheduled new releases for the distribution include Billy Cobham, Odean Pope, Sun Ra and James Blood Ulmer.

Tamzin Outhwaite is joined by Mark Umbers in the West End transfer of the Tony Award-winning musical, Sweet Charity. Matthew White's production of Sweet Charity, which completed its sell-out run at the Menier Chocolate Factory last month, will open at the Theatre Royal Haymarket on 23 April 2010 with press night on 4 May and is currently booking until 8 January 2011.

As reported here previously, the Menier's production of Sweet Charity, starring Tamzin Outhwaite, is to transfer to the Theatre Royal Haymarket.

Tony Winner Donna McKechnie and Klea Blackhurst will join Cady Huffman as performers in the 42nd Street Moon Salons, which will hold two performances on October 13th and January 28th. The October 13th performanace, entitled 'I Feel A Song Coming On!' is a salon of Dorothy Fields songs and is lead by Tony Winner Cady Huffman. The January 28th salon is a tribute to Ira Gershwin, led by McKechnie. Also joining the cast is Klea Blackhurst, as well as Bill Fahrner, Alexandra Kaprelian and Darlene Popovich.

Broadway star Cady Huffman will perform at San Francisco's Alcazar Theatre on Tuesday, October 13 in a one night only engagement. The performance will begin at 7pm.

As part of Michael Feinstein's Standard Time series, ‘A Lovely Way to Spend an Evening...The Songs of Jimmy McHugh' will be presented at Carnegie Hall's Zankel Hall on October 7.

Available from the University of Illinois Press, the book will be launched in New York with a Michael Feinstein Zankel Hall concert at Carnegie Hall and a performance/booksigning event at Barnes & Noble.
