From 8-10 p.m. ET, 'The Biggest Loser' averaged a 2.0 rating, 5 share in adults 18-49 and 5.8 million viewers overall, to finish within a tenth of a point of its fifth episode of one year ago in 18-49 rating (with a 2.0 last night vs. a 2.1 on Tuesday, Jan. 31, 2012).

From 8-10 p.m., 'The 44th Annual NAACP Awards' (0.8/3 in 18-49, 3.0 million viewers overall) matched its year-ago rating in adults 18-49 and equaled its highest result since 2009. From its first half-hour to its fourth, 'The NAACP Awards' grew by 29 percent in 18-49 rating (to a 0.9 from a 0.7) and 13 percent in total viewers (3.345 million vs. 2.971 million).
Series Finale of NBC's 30 ROCK Delivers Highest Ratings Since 2012

From 8-9 p.m. ET, the series finale of '30 Rock' (1.9/5 in 18-49, 4.8 million viewers overall) delivered the show's highest rating since March 15, 2012 (2.0 from 8:30-9 p.m.), and in total viewers (4.796 million), it was the top '30 Rock' in two years, since January 27, 2011 (4.922 million from 10-10:30).

In its third week in its new 11:35pm time slot during the week of January 21, 2013, ABC's Jimmy Kimmel Live grew week to week in both Total Viewers (+4%) and Adults 18-49 (+2%) to score its 2nd-biggest weekly audience in its history (2.855 million), behind only the show's debut week at 11:35pm two weeks ago.

From its first half-hour to its second, 'Dateline NBC' grew in every key category, including gains of 25 percent in 18-49 (to a 1.5 from a 1.2) and 17 percent in both adults 25-54 (2.1 vs. 1.8) and total viewers (5.4 million vs. 4.6 million).

Jimmy Kimmel's arch nemesis, Oscar winner Matt Damon, exacted his revenge following a decade of torture by hijacking Kimmel's late-night show and renaming it "Jimmy Kimmel Sucks." Damon showed Kimmel how it's done by packing his one-evening-only late-night turn with comedy and a cavalcade of A-list stars.
