The “highest court in the land” just took on a new meaning in “The High Court,” a new Comedy Central series from comedian Doug Benson, it was announced today by Kent Alterman, President, Comedy Central. Set to premiere in early 2017, “THC,” is a fifteen-minute strip series featuring “Judge Doug” as he gets high and rules on real small claims court cases. Executive produced by Benson, Bruce Smith, JASH's Daniel Kellison and Propagate's Ben Silverman, Howard Owens and Kevin Healey, “The High Court” concept is loosely born from Benson and JASH's popular YouTube show, “Getting Doug with High.”

NBC wins the night in 18-49, total viewers and every other key measure (including a tie in men 25-54) among the Big 4.
