We viewed Static, presented by Golden Lights.  The compelling two-hander features the talents of Daniel Amedee and Conor Kelly O’Brien.  The two performers also created the show.  It is directed by Michael Pillot. It is part of the festival presented by 59E59 Theaters to celebrate East to Edinburgh with a variety of streaming shows.

It's been over a year, but Marry, Marry, Quite Contrary is BACK! In January 2020, Paper Doll Ensemble presented MMQC as their last in-person show before the pandemic shutdown. They are thrilled to present the recording of the Bachelor/True Crime crossover parody (filmed by Daniel Kontz) as part of 59E59 Theater's East to Edinburgh Festival.

The ASPCA (The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) honored David Patrick Columbia at the 22nd annual ASPCA Bergh Ball last night at The Plaza in New York City. The event raised $1.1 million to support the ASPCA's life-saving work for animals. Renowned fashion designer Isaac Mizrahi returned as the Master of Ceremonies, while DJ Sam French entertained the crowd throughout the evening. Other VIP guests in attendance included Jessica Hart, Candace Bushnell, Allie Rizzo, Liz Eswein and Wes Gordon.
