One Night Only Performance Announced at Flat Rock Playhouse!

In May of 2016, audiences at Flat Rock Playhouse were enamored by the boundless ball of energy that played the role of Jerry Lee Lewis in the season's smash hit, Million Dollar Quartet. Described locally and nationally as the one standout star , the man that steals the show again and again with his antics and musical outrageousness... or spark of genius , and the acrobat, pianist of incomparable skill and singing actor who lights up the house to steal the show, Nat Zegree has become a household name for Flat Rock Playhouse fans over the last year and a half. Back again, this time in a more classical light, to take on the role of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart in the upcoming play, Amadeus, Nat continues to astound Playhouse patrons with his musical prowess and contagious spirit; so much so, that additional plans have been made for an extra One Nat Only performance at the end of this month.

Flat Rock Playhouse Announces New Slate of Programming!

The Flat Rock Playhouse 2017 season continues with the stage play turned cult-classic film, Amadeus. This larger-than-life production stars Nat Zegree (Jerry Lee Lewis of last year's hit Million Dollar Quartet) as one of the original bad boys of popular music, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. Amadeus runs September 15th through the 30th at the Clyde and Nina Allen Mainstage in the Village of Flat Rock, NC.
Significant Elvis Presley Musical Artifact Returns Home to Graceland

Elvis Presley's Graceland has announced the acquisition of one of the most significant pieces of Elvis' musical history, which will be returned to Graceland 60 years after it was first purchased by Elvis for the home in 1957 – a white, baby grand piano with gold accents and a custom-made, gold, metal bench designed by Elvis with a white, leather cushion.
