For the first time, THIRTEEN's American Masters series profiles a magician: the inimitable Ricky Jay, considered one of the world's greatest conjurers, capable of creating a profound sense of wonder and disbelief in even the most jaded of audiences.

The Baltimore Symphony Orchestra (BSO) Principal Pops Conductor Jack Everly will lead the BSO SuperPops in a concert featuring actor and Broadway star Jason Alexander, tonight, January 22 at 8 p.m. at The Music Center at Strathmore, and on Friday, January 23 at 8 p.m., Saturday January 24 at 8 p.m. and Sunday, January 25 at 3 p.m. at the Joseph Meyerhoff Symphony Hall.

This month, Broadway's Tony Award-winning, record-breaking musical smash Chicago is pleased to welcome back two-time Tony Award nominee Charlotte d'Amboise in a special return engagement as Roxie Hart. One of the most celebrated members of the worldwide Chicago family, d'Amboise rejoins the Broadway cast in the starring role for 14 performances only beginning tonight, January 22.

Broadway Across America/Baltimore is proud to announce that the new U.S. National Tour of ANNIE will play tonight, January 20- February 1, 2015 at the Hippodrome Theatre in Baltimore. Directed by original lyricist and director Martin Charnin for the 19th time, this production of ANNIE will be a brand new physical incarnation of the iconic Tony Award-winning original.

On January 16th 2015 at the Brooklyn Academy of Music, the unparalleled precision of the Mariinsky Ballet's corps in "Swan Lake" was rightfully rewarded with the evening's most thunderous applause. Every tilt of the head, every flick of the wrist, every pose, every hop in arabesque was performed in unison and with perfect musicality. The bevy of Russian ballerinas as Swans put the New York City Ballet's often ragged corps to shame, although the American Ballet Theatre's corps is a close second to that of the St. Petersburg troupe.

The Suzanne Farrell Ballet, the Kennedy Center's own ballet company, will engage in an artistic partnership with Theatre Ballet Moscow in February 2015 to perform George Balanchine's Monumentum Pro Gesualdo. The Suzanne Farrell Ballet will also perform Balanchine's Movements for Piano and Orchestra. Theatre Ballet Moscow will complete the program with pieces by George Aleksidze and Paul Mejia. Through this artistic partnership, Theatre Ballet Moscow will have the opportunity to take classes and learn Balanchine's choreography from Ms. Farrell, one of Balanchine's foremost interpreters, and rehearse with The Suzanne Farrell Ballet. Performances will take place February 26 and 27 at 7:00pm at the Cultural Centre ZIL in Moscow.

Two short films from DANCING SONDHEIM -- a free App compiling 7 short dance movies by Richard Daniels using the music of Stephen Sondheim -- will be screened on Saturday, January 31 at 6 p.m. as part of Lincoln Center's annual DANCE ON CAMERA film festival.

Anna Kepe-Haas, a seasoned arts administrator with a diverse background in the performing arts, has been named Executive Director of New York Theatre Ballet.

Baryshnikov Arts Center (BAC) celebrates its tenth anniversary in 2015, beginning with the spring season performance and residency series running January 14 to June 28.
