Paris's Théâtre du Châtelet will present the musicals SHOW BOAT, MY FAIR LADY, and SWEENEY TODD as part of its 2010-2011 season, the theatre has announced on its official website.

Conductor and pianist Donald Pippin (Oliver!, A Chorus Line, Mane, Walt Disney's Snow White) with stage and television star, Ron Raines (Guiding Light, Chicago, Showboat) will take the main stage at the Carrollwood Cultural Center in the concert of the year!

Celebrating sixty years in show business, the iconic Liza Minnelli is about to release the most intimate and revealing recording of her career, Confesssions, available everywhere on September 28th (Decca).

42nd Street Moon ends the 2009/10 season with Kiss The Boys Goodbye: The Songs of Broadway and Hollywood in the 1940s, a gala concert at the Alcazar Theater on June 21. The 1st International Festival of Arts and Innovation will begin on June 11, 2010, at Chautauqua Institution in Western New York State in partnership with The Toronto International Film Festival (known as TIFF.365). Focusing on the best of Canadian Cinema, The Festival will feature the film premiere of CAIRO TIME, followed by a family film event featuring the award-winning ST. RALPH, the story of a 9th grader who outran everyone's expectations except his own in his bold quest to win the Boston Marathon. The Film Festival will also include selected short animated films from the 'Best of TIFF' and the 'TIFF Short Cuts' programs. All film screenings will be at the Chautauqua Cinema.
