The Official Drama Desk Cocktail Reception honoring this year's Drama Desk Award Nominees was held Thursday, May at Arte Cafe.

Sunday in the Park with George is playing a limited engagement through June 29th, 2008 at Studio 54 on Broadway (254 West 54th Street).

Come see some of Broadway's hottest performers - uncensored and unrehearsed like you've never seen them before! The evening begins with cocktails and hors d'oeuvres in Midtown's hottest nightclub, Arena. Next Seth Rudetsky hosts incredible off-the-cuff performances by some of the brightest stars on Broadway! Finally, the audience can get into the act with an hour of open mic karaoke! All proceeds will go to the Education Programs of Roundabout Theatre Company, one of the country's top not-for-profit theatres. A spokeswoman for Patti LuPone has announced that due to illness, the actress will no longer be able to perform tonight in 'Ladies Who Sing Sondheim'. According to reports Laura Benanti has also pulled out of the event due to illness also, Raul Esparza, Barbara Walsh and Donna McKechnie have jumped aboard as part of the evenings entertainment.
