Pericles marks the 24th Shakespearean production for the Porters on their quest to completing the canon. Artistic Director Charles Pasternak returns to the directing chair and Leon Russom to the boards. They last worked together on 2014's production of Henry V, a critical and audience hit, which received Ovation, BroadwayWorld, and Valley Theatre Award nominations. Tickets to the Clarence Brown Theatre 2017 Gala are on sale now. Tickets are $200 per person and can be reserved online at http://alumni.utk.edu/cbtgala. The event, which will be held Saturday, May 20, 2017 at 6:30pm at Jackson Terminal, 205 W. Jackson Avenue, will honor Knoxville native and UT Alumna Dale Dickey with the CBT Artistic Achievement Award.

Bill O'Reilly is getting a lot of unwanted publicity after multiple sexual harassment charges from former employees. He had a vacation planned, but the FOX Network was worried that it would look bad if he quietly went off the air for a week, so they decided it would be a good idea to turn it into a contest.
