NBC's CHICAGO FIRE Ranks #2 for Time Period

At 10 p.m. ET, 'Chicago Fire' (1.7/5 in adults 18-49, 6.3 million viewers overall) ranked #2 the time period among ABC, CBS and NBC in adults 18-49. With its first original telecast in three weeks (since February 27), 'Chicago Fire' tied for #1 among those networks in adults 18-34 (with a 1.3 rating, tied with 'CSI') and ranked #1 outright among ABC, CBS and NBC in women 18-34 (with a 1.7).

This week, The New York Times reported that the NBC network has begun implementing a plan to bring THE TONIGHT SHOW back to its original home, New York City, with Jimmy Fallon officially taking the reins from Leno. The rumors have prompted both Jay Leno and Jimmy Fallon to use their monologues as a means to express their feelings on the possible late night shuffle.

WYNONNA JUDD is having quite a week. On Monday (3/18), she made her debut on the season premiere of ABC-TVs “Dancing With The Stars,” where she performed a cha-cha-cha with professional partner and last season's champion instructor Tony Dovolani. The same day, WYNONNA debuted “Something You Can't Live Without,” the first single off her forthcoming full-length album, produced by her husband/drummer Cactus Moser and set for release this year on Curb Records. The track became available digitally via iTunes and Amazon on Tuesday, March 19.

From 8-10:01 p.m. ET, the season finale of 'The Biggest Loser 14' (2.6 rating, 7 share in adults 18-49, 7.3 million viewers overall) jumped 18 percent versus last year's finale in adults 18-49 (with a 2.6 rating vs. last year's 2.2 on Tuesday, May 1, 2012 from 8-9 p.m. ET) and was up 2 percent in total viewers (7.333 million vs. 7.205 million).

Encore telecasts of NBC's 'The Tonight Show with Jay Leno' have finished #1 in total viewers versus CBS's rebroadcasts of 'Late Show with David Letterman' and ABC's mostly original 'Jimmy Kimmel Live' for the week of March 4-8. In adult 18-49 rating, the 'Tonight' encores outscored 'Late Show' and tied 'Kimmel,' while in viewers 18-49, 'Tonight' finished within 4 percent of the mostly original 'Kimmels.'
