SHOWTIME has released the series premiere of its new comedy BLACK MONDAY early across multiple platforms. The series stars and is executive produced by Emmy® nominee and Golden Globe Award winner Don Cheadle and stars two-time Tony Award nominee and Grammy® winner Andrew Rannells (Girls) and Regina Hall (Girls Trip). Screen Actors Guild® Award winner Paul Scheer (Veep) also stars. BLACK MONDAY was created by David Caspe (Happy Endings) and Jordan Cahan (My Best Friend's Girl), who serve as executive producers and showrunners. Emmy nominees Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg (Preacher, Superbad, Future Man) are executive producers and directed the pilot. The premiere episode is available for free now on YouTube, Facebook and SHO.com.  The 10-episode series will premiere on Sunday, January 20 at 10 p.m. ET/PT on SHOWTIME.

On Monday, November 19th, (mostly)musicals returned to Upstairs at Vitello's to celebrate the holidays with their 30th edition! Music director Gregory Nabours led a jingling (ring-ting-tingling too!) evening, featuring Alli Miller (CHERRY POPPINS), Amy Engelhardt (BASTARD JONES), Clent Bowers (B'way: CATS, BIG), Emily Clark (Stealing Focus), Gabriel Gonzalez (La Verdad), Iara Nemirovsky (National tour: SCHOOL OF ROCK), Jeffrey Polk (B'way: FIVE GUYS NAMED MOE), Kelley Dorney (IN A BOOTH AT CHASEN'S), Kristina Miller (JERSEY BOYS), Jonny Lee Jr. and Justin Anthony Long (CITY OF DREAMS), Juan Lozano (2 Cents Theatre Company), Keith and Laura Nicole Harrison (EMOJILAND), Natalia Vivino (CHILDREN OF EDEN at 5-Star Theatricals), and Shawn Ryan ('America's Got Talent'). The evening also showcased a guest performance from the cast of the critically acclaimed Greenway Court production of THE COLOR PURPLE, and, as always, the open mic afterparty! Ana (Miss Saigon, Women on Fire) and Jesse Swenson (Spring Awakening, The Addams Family) as guests of honor at the November edition of Bistro Awards Critics' Pick Madame's Soiree. The Broadway duo will be joined on the program by a distinguished group of emerging artists from a variety of disciplines.

Kicking off its upcoming ninth season, Coeurage Theatre Company, LA's only Pay What You Want theatre company, has announced Gathering Coeurage, a special fundraising event that will offer a rare glimpse into the company's development process.

Broadway alum Jason Michael Snow will star in ABC's upcoming Justin Noble comedy pilot, according to Deadline. The project is currently untitled but will star Kat Dennings opposite Snow.
