4th Wall Theatre, a non union professional theatre in Bloomfield, NJ is presenting Hands on a Hardbody which had its World Premiere at La Jolla Playhouse in 2012 and then ran at the Brooks Atkinson Theatre on Broadway in 2013.  4th Wall's production will be directed by Kate Swan.

The Barn Theatre of Montville, New Jersey will be presenting 'A Christmas Story the Musical'. Performances will be on November 21, 28, 29, December 5, 6, 12, 13 at 8pm; and on November 22, 23, 30, December 7 at 2pm. Tickets are $24 (senior/student tickets are $22 on matinees only).

Comedian Chris Rock, film and TV star Kevin James, singer and actress Ashanti, TV star George Lopez and more will join Mets Legends and Baseball Hall of Famers in the 2013 Taco Bell(R) Legends & Celebrity Softball Game at Citi Field on Sunday, July 14th. Additionally, former Mets catcher Mike Piazza has been added to the roster. Also joining are Hall of Famer and former Mets and Yankees outfielder Rickey Henderson along with former Yankees Bernie Williams, who joins as the American League Captain. Williams will rival former Mets John Franco as the National League Captain. The Softball Game will be televised immediately following the Chevrolet Home Run Derby on ESPN on July 15th.

'A CHORUS LINE', the one 'Singular Sensation' and winner of nine Tony Awards including Best Musical, makes its Barn Theatre debut as the finale to the Barn's 85th Anniversary season. Directed by Jay Mills, with musical direction by Jack Bender and choreography by Desiree Caro, evening performances of 'A CHORUS LINE' will run May 17, 25, 31, June 1, 7 and 8 at 8pm; matinee performances run May 18, 19, 26 and June 2 at 2pm. 4th Wall Theatre in Bloomfield, NJ just closed their first play of the season earlier this month, but that didn't stop them from turning around to present Sweeney Todd in concert on October 29, 30, and 31st at 8:00 pm

4th Wall Theatre in Bloomfield, NJ has tapped Kate Swan, actress/dancer (Broadway's Beauty & the Beast), turned director/choreographer, to direct the final show of their 2008-2009 Season, The Wild Party.

On July 14th, 2008 the New York Musical Theatre Festival (Isaac Robert Hurwitz, Executive Director and Producer) presented a Guitar Hero benefit tournament featuring Broadway celebrities at Stitch Bar and Lounge (247 West 37th Street). Performers/Guitar Heroes appearing included Felicia Finley (The Wedding Singer), Alli Mauzey (Cry-Baby), John Selya (Damn Yankees, Movin' Out), Paul Stancato (Director/Chorographer) and Jason Tam (A Chorus Line), among many others.

Roger Bart, Brian d'Arcy James, Priscilla Lopez, and Sherie Rene Scott will be on 'Working in the Theatre- Performing Musicals' on CUNY TV on Sunday, April 27th at 5pm.
