Starz announced today that their 1950's Miami-based drama, 'Magic City' will return with an all new season on Friday, June 14th at 9pm ET/PT, one week following the finale of the Starz Original series 'Da Vinci's Demons' on Friday, June 7th. The anticipation of fans worldwide will finally be alleviated as the fate of hotelier Ike Evans (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) is revealed.

According to an Equity casting notcice, the new musical HONEYMOON IN VEGAS, which was initially scheduled to premiere in Toronto last Fall, will open at New Jersey's Paper Mill Playhouse in September. The show will run September 26 through October 27 2013 and is expected to transfer to Broadway in Spring 2014.

Continuing their season of murder, madness, and mayhem, Stage Door, Inc. is presenting Simon Moore's theatrical adaptation of MISERY, based on the thrilling novel by Stephen King. The tense and disturbing play tells the story of the famed novelist of the Misery Chastain series, Paul Sheldon, being nursed back to health by his self-proclaimed 'number one fan,' Annie Wilkes. Annie is beside herself with joy in getting the opportunity to use her nursing skills to help the author. When she reads his manuscript for his new novel, her mental instability begins to rear its ugly head. She becomes enraged with him for using so much profanity and violence and makes him burn the draft. Things get worse for Paul when Annie reads Misery's Child and discovers that he ended the series with Misery's death during childbirth. She gifts him with an antique typewriter and demands that he write a new novel, called Misery's Return. To ensure that he writes the novel, she tortures him physically and mentally. Simon Moore's unnerving adaptation is more faithful to the original novel than the film starring James Caan and Kathy Bates; yet, fans of the film will find plenty to enjoy in the play.

Discussing various roles in a number of wide-ranging projects that she has taken on over the course of her idiosyncratic career thus far - such as memorable turns in four Woody Allen films (HUSBANDS & WIVES, ALICE, CRIMES & MISDEMEANORS and ANOTHER WOMAN) and the classic movie musical adaptation of 1776 all the way to her most recent work with Robert De Niro, Ben Stiller and the Fockers clan in the FOCKERS films as well as THE LUCKY ONE with Zac Efron, DETACHMENT with Adrien Brody, TV pilots and much more. Additionally, Danner shares memories of appearing in the 2001 revival of Stephen Sondheim & James Goldman's FOLLIES, as well as appearing on WILL & GRACE with recent InDepth InterView participant Eric McCormack. Most importantly, she offers her thoughts on NICE WORK IF YOU CAN GET IT as an entertainment experience, Gershwin music in general, her co-stars Matthew Broderick and Kelli O'Hara, choreographer and director Kathleen Marshall as well as what drew her to the hit revue in the first place. Emmy Award nominee Stefanie Powers will now play the role of legendary actress Tallulah Bankhead on the national tour of LOOPED. She replaces Valerie Harper, who was advised by doctors to take an immediate medical leave after having recently been hospitalized; she has flown back to Los Angeles with her husband Tony Cacciotti where she will receive continuing treatment and medical care.

The Film Society of Lincoln Center announced today the lineup for the upcoming 13th edition of FILM COMMENT SELECTS (February 18-28), Film Comment magazine's essential and eclectic film festival.

AMC announced today the renewal of HELL ON WHEELS for a third season with John Wirth ("V" "Fallen Skies" "Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles") serving as executive producer and showrunner.
