The digital only EP features a selection of hand-picked and fan-favorite tracks from seasons 3 and 4 of the Sony Pictures Television dramedy, an original recording by 'Drop Dead Diva' series regular Margaret Cho and a new score suite by series composer Scott Starrett. The album also features an exclusive track by The Daylights titled 'The Last Thing We'll Ever Do' and is available for download only days before the highly anticipated fourth season finale of 'Drop Dead Diva' on Sunday, Sept. 9 at 9pm on Lifetime.

Joining the series' roster of top name guest stars is Kim Kardashian (Keeping Up with the Kardashians) who makes her multiple episode debut in the season opener. The one-hour, comedic drama tells the story of a shallow wannabe model who dies in a sudden accident only to find her soul resurfacing in the body of a brilliant, plus-size and recently deceased attorney, Jane. Freestyle Digital Media LLC (FDM) has acquired all rights North America (excluding US theatrical) for director Margaret Whitton's colorful romantic comedy A BIRD OF THE AIR from Tashtego Films LLC. Based on Joe Coomer's acclaimed novel The Loop, the film stars Jackson Hurst ("Drop Dead Diva") and Rachel Nichols ("Conan the Barbarian"), and is from an adaptation by screenwriter Roger Towne. Produced by Steven Tabakin and Margaret Whitton, and executive produced by Warren Spector, the film will debut on April 10, 2012. A BIRD OF THE AIR was theatrically released in the USA by Paladin in the fall of 2011.
