The national tour of the Broadway musical MILLION DOLLAR QUARTET, inspired by the electrifying true story, will make its Detroit premiere at the Fisher Theatre January 24 - February 5.

After a triumphant, six-year run on Broadway, AVENUE Q moved to New World Stages, opening there on October 21 and continuing to play to large houses filled with enthusiastic audiences eight times a week. Casting has been announced for the Philadelphia return engagement of the Tony, Grammy and Olivier Award-winning hit musical JERSEY BOYS, the story of Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons. JERSEY BOYS will launch a new Second National Tour at the Forrest Theatre on Dec. 6 - Jan. 14. The official press opening will be Friday, Dec. 9 at 8:00 pm

Tony Award winner John Rando (Urinetown, The Wedding Singer) will direct the production with Warren Carlyle (Finian's Rainbow, Follies, An Evening With Hugh Jackman) choreographing. Peter Billingsley, who starred as Ralphie in the original 1983 film, serves as a producer for the holiday tour.

PRINCE OF BROADWAY, a new musical celebrating legendary Broadway director and producer Harold 'Hal' Prince, is in development now, aiming for a Toronto production in the summer of 2012 prior to opening on Broadway that fall. The production will feature twelve principle actors, according to an Equity casting notice.

The tour of the smash hit Broadway revival of WEST SIDE STORY is coming to SAN JOSE. WEST SIDE STORY will open at the SAN JOSE CENTER FOR THE PERFORMING ARTS on Tuesday, January 17, 2012. Tony Award-winning librettist Arthur Laurents' Broadway direction will be recreated for the tour by David Saint, the Associate Director on Broadway. The original Jerome Robbins choreography is reproduced by Tony Award-nominee Joey McKneely (The Boy from Oz, The Life).
