Bradley Dean, who recently appeared as Carl-Magnus opposite Bernadette Peters in the Broadway revival of A Little Night Music, will begin performances as El Gallo, the charming and manipulative narrator in The Fantasticks, on Monday, July 25, 2011. Edward Watts, who currently plays the role, will give his final performance on July 24.

As the country prepares to commemorate the tenth anniversary of the 9/11 terror attacks on New York, Washington, D.C. and Pennsylvania, SHOWTIME will premiere the highly-anticipated feature documentary THE LOVE WE MAKE, which chronicles Paul McCartney's poignant and cathartic journey through the streets of New York City in the aftermath of the World Trade Center's destruction. It also traces the planning and performance of the monumental benefit concert at Madison Square Garden, 'The Concert for New York City,' which took place less than six weeks after the terrorist attacks. Directed by iconic documentary filmmaker Albert Maysles (Gimme Shelter, Salesman, Grey Gardens) and his award-winning filmmaking partner, Bradley Kaplan (Muhammad and Larry, Get Yer Ya-Ya's Out!, Sand and Sorrow), THE LOVE WE MAKE was shot in the signature cinéma vérité style that Maysles pioneered and made famous when he filmed the Beatles' first visit to America in the legendary 1964 documentary What's Happening! The Beatles in the U.S.A. Shooting once again in 16mm black & white, Maysles' camera intimately captures McCartney's personal journey to help heal the city that welcomed him with open arms in 1964. American film's finest have confirmed their participation on the American Film Institute (AFI) Gala Benefit Committee honoring 39th Life Achievement Award recipient, Morgan Freeman. Members of this year's benefit committee are Ben Affleck, Jim Carrey, Clint Eastwood, Tom Hanks, Ashley Judd, Helen Mirren, Mike Nichols, Jack Nicholson, Brad Pitt, Sidney Poitier, Robert Redford, Tim Robbins, Steven Spielberg, Hilary Swank, Denzel Washington and Alfre Woodard. AFI will present the 39th AFI Life Achievement Award - America's highest honor for a career in film - to Freeman on June 9th. 'TV Land Presents: The AFI Life Achievement Award Honoring Morgan Freeman' will air on TV Land on Sunday, June 26, 2011 at 8:00 p.m. ET/PT.
Charles West Set to Join THE FANTASTICKS, 6/18 -26

Charles West, whose credits include the Broadway productions of The Scarlet Pimpernel and Show Boat and who is currently understudying the role of El Gallo in The Fantasticks, will assume that role for twelve performances from June 18 through June 26, 2011.
