This Thursday, December 15th, BROADWAY SESSIONS welcomes back past guests to share their favorite holiday tunes as part of its annual All-Star Holiday Show!

Michael Bakkensen, who delighted audiences on Broadway in Noises Off and The Man Who Came to Dinner, and Jenna Ushkowitz, the award-winning actress known for playing Tina Cohen-Chang on the Fox television series Glee and for her roles in numerous Broadway musicals, including The King and I and Spring Awakening, will star in a private, industry-only reading of Jeff Stolzer's POWER PLAYS, a new comedy-drama.

Broadway's 40 theatres aren't the only places to catch performances from your favorite stars! Well after Broadway orchestras begin their overtures, ensemble members take their dance breaks, and performers belt out their eleven o'clock numbers, the party continues at various cabaret venues throughout New York City. The Broadway Dreams Foundation and The Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts rang in 2016 with a free performance at 4:30 pm on Friday, January 1, 2016 on the Commonwealth Plaza Level. Broadway teaching artists and approximately 60 students (ranging in age from 8 - 58) from The Broadway Dreams Foundation's Summer Performing Arts Intensive will return to the Kimmel Center to celebrate the Center's current Broadway season.

Tony Award-winning star of stage and screen, Jane Krakowski ("Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt," "30 Rock"), brought some holiday cheer to Philadelphia when she appeared in the Broadway Dreams Foundation's sixth annual White Christmas at The Inn at Grace Winery, hosted by Vicki and Chris Le Vine on Sunday, December 13, 2015.

The Broadway Dreams Foundation (BDF) announces plans for a LIFETIME network docu-series following their win at the New York Television Festival. The pilot was entered in A&E's independent pilot competition and came out of the festival as the winner of the Lifetime development deal. Watch this two-and-a-half minute long piece on BDF.

Proceeds from the evening will benefit Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS (BCEFA) and non-profit performing arts education programs.

The Broadway Dreams Foundation (BDF) will give aspiring Toronto-area performers a chance to make their "big break" when the program presents Generation: The 2015 Summer Intensive Tour. The national non-profit training program, making a stop in Toronto for the very first time, will present an incredible roster of Broadway directors, performers, and industry insiders who will offer highly personalized musical theatre training and mentoring through unique, week-long performing arts intensive workshops for students of all ages, skill levels, and socio-economic backgrounds.

The Broadway Dreams Foundation (BDF), in partnership with the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts, returns to Philadelphia for a weeklong musical theater intensive, August 2-9, during which Philadelphia's most promising performers will receive unprecedented instruction from the industry's top directors, choreographers and professionals.  To conclude the weeklong intensive, BDF will present GENERATION, a unique Broadway-style revue featuring performances by Broadway veterans and emerging local talent.
