Drew McOnie is to launch a brand new theatre-dance company The McOnie Company, with the first production receiving its World Premiere in February 2014, it was announced today.

The Good Person of Sichuan by Bertolt Brecht. translated by Michael Hofmann, is at The Mercury Theatre Colchester from Thursday 3 - Saturday 19 October 2013.

The National Theatre's internationally acclaimed smash-hit comedy One Man, Two Guvnors will complete its West End run on 1 March 2014, prior to a UK and Ireland tour beginning in May 2014. One Man, Two Guvnors, which has been seen by over one million people worldwide and will be the longest running show at the Theatre Royal Haymarket in almost 200 years, will have played almost 900 London performances when it completes its West End run.

On 23 September 2013, having travelled over 25,500 miles worldwide and performed almost 500 times as loveablechancer Francis Henshall, Owain Arthur returns to the Theatre Royal Haymarket to lead the cast in One Man, Two Guvnors, the National Theatre's internationally acclaimed smash hit comedy.

Due to popular demand, the National Theatre of Great Britain's most successful comedy ever, One Man, Two Guvnors, will be extended with eight extra shows added from June 24 to June 29 at Arts Centre Melbourne, Playhouse.

Richard Bean's One Man Two Guvnors has to be one of the funniest plays written to date. It is nonstop hilarity from beginning to end. The show opened in 2011 on the West end, transferred to Broadway and has been on an International tour in 2013. With a multitude of musicals opening in Melbourne over the next 4 weeks, it feels like the National Theatre of London's production in conjunction with MTC could slip in and out of Melbourne without much mention, especially with King Kong dominating every available publicity space in the city. If every performance of this show is not sold out it will be a travesty. It deserves it ten fold along with an extended season.

From 4 February Rufus Hound leads the new cast in Nicholas Hytner's five star West End production of Richard Bean's One Man, Two Guvnors as loveable chancer Francis Henshall, he is joined by Sam Alexander (Stanley Stubbers), Ian Burfield (Charlie Clench), Amy Cudden (Rachel Crabbe), Harry Kershaw (Alan Dangle), Kelly Price (Dolly) and Hugh Sachs (Harry Dangle). Martin Barrass (Alfie), David Benson (Gareth), Rhona Croker (Pauline) and Derek Elroy (Lloyd Boateng) continue in the production and Mensah Bediako, Owen Brazendale, Gillian Budd, Max Hutchinson, Tom Lorcan, Aimee Parkes and Claire Sundin complete the ensemble.
