BBC Worldwide Sales and Distribution, announced today that comedy phenomenon Absolutely Fabulous will return to television with three brand new specials, with BBC AMERICA and Logo serving as joint American co-producers for the series.

In its most significant original programming commitment to date, BBC AMERICA has announced its first original scripted drama series, Copper. The 10 episode series, which centers on a young Irish cop operating in the immigrant communities of 19th century New York, is co-created by Tom Fontana (OZ, Homicide: Life on the Street, St. Elsewhere) and Will Rokos (Monster's Ball, Southland). The executive producers include Fontana, Rokos, Barry Levinson (Good Morning, Vietnam, Rain Man, You Don't Know Jack) and Christina Wayne (Broken Trail and executive in charge of Mad Men at AMC) of Cineflix Studios.

Announced today by BBC AMERICA, Gordon Ramsay's Great Escape is set to return this July for a 4-part series with Gordon Ramsay travelling to Cambodia, Vietnam, Thailand and Malyasia on the hunt for authentic South East Asian cooking. The show, which is now almost completely sold out, will be hosted by Ms Gaby Roslin. We are further pleased to announce that our celebrity judges for the night will be Graham Norton, Sheridan Smith and Justin Lee Collins. In addition, Heart FM?s Toby Anstis will be providing VIP and Backstage interviews throughout the event. This year the Trust is excited to have The Original Bucks Fizz performing their 1981 Eurovision winner „Making Your Mind Up? as a part of their 30th anniversary celebrations.
