Producers Barry & Fran Weissler and Howard & Janet Kagan present the American Repertory Theater's 40th Anniversary production of Roger O. Hirson and Stephen Schwartz's PIPPIN, directed by Diane Paulus, on Broadway in the Spring of 2013.

Gulfshore Playhouse continues their spectacular seventh season with the one-man Tony Award and Pulitzer Prize-winning drama "I Am My Own Wife" by Doug Wright, playing January 18 through February 3, 2013, with a preview performance on January 17th.

Second Stage Theatre presents the 2012 Pulitzer Prize-winning play, WATER BY THE SPOONFUL, written by Quiara Alegría Hudes, directed by Davis McCallum. The company features LIZA COLÓN-ZAYAS (Second Stage's Living Out, Our Lady of 121st Street), Frankie R. Faison (The Wire, Tony nominee for Fences), Zabryna Guevara (Chimichangas and Zoloft, Taper's Burn This), Bill Heck (Angels in America), Sue Jean Kim (Assistance, The Hallway Trilogy), and Armando Riesco (Elliot in Elliot, A Soldier's Fugue). GLENGARRY GLEN ROSS begins its final 19 performances this week starting on Friday, January 4, 2013. There will also be a special performance this Sunday evening performance this Sunday, January 6, 2013, at 7pm.

The Ruckus Theater and Tympanic Theatre announces casting for the world premiere of Brewed starting March 2, 2013 at Theater Wit in Chicago's Lakeview neighborhood. The script of Brewed is written by Ruckus Season 4 featured playwright Scott T. Barsotti and is directed by Chicago director Anna C. Bahow. The all-female cast of seven includes Dana Black (Next Theatre Company, Lifeline Theatre), Ruckus Ensemble Member Stevie Chaddock-Lambert (Ka-Tet Theatre, Strangeloop Theatre), Tympanic Company Member Charlotte Mae Ellison (Clockwise Theatre, Awkward Pause), Meredith Lyons (The House Theatre, Theatre for People Who Need It) Ruckus Company Member Elise Mayfield (The Mammals, Infusion Theatre), Tympanic Artistic Associate Susan Myburgh (Right Brain Project, Chicago Fusion Theatre), and Erin Myers (The Mammals, 16th Street Theater).

Dallas Theater Center will conclude its four-year Shakespeare cycle with one of the playwright's greatest tragedies King Lear, a co-production with Trinity Repertory Company and directed by DTC artistic director Kevin Moriarty. King Lear opens for previews on Friday, January 18 and runs through Sunday, February 18.

The American Repertory Theater (A.R.T.), presents Tennessee Williams' The Glass Menagerie in February 2013, to be directed by Tony Award-winning director John Tiffany. Multiple Tony and Emmy Award winner Cherry Jones returns to the A.R.T. to play Amanda Wingfield, and will be joined by Zachary Quinto as Tom, Celia Keenan-Bolger as Laura, and Brian J. Smith as the Gentleman Caller. The Tony Award-winning design team includes set and costumes by Bob Crowley, lighting by Natasha Katz, and sound by Clive Goodwin. Broadway In Chicago has announced that I LOVE LUCY LIVE ON STAGE, the brand new hit musical stage show adapted from the longest-running and most beloved television program in history, starring Lucy, Ricky, Fred and Ethel: America's favorite foursome, is extending by popular demand at the Broadway Playhouse at Water Tower Place (175 East Chestnut St.). Tickets for performances Dec. 29, 2012 - March 3, 2013 are on-sale now.

The epic story of King Henry V's battle with the French during the Hundred Years' War comes alive for the first time at the Folger Theatre, in William Shakespeare's historical drama Henry V. The production, directed by Robert Richmond (Othello and Henry VIII at the Folger), stars Zach Appelman (War Horse on Broadway) in his Folger Theatre debut as Henry V, and will run from January 22 - March 3, 2013.

The Royal Shakespeare Company and The Dodgers today announced the casting of the principal roles and the ensemble in the eagerly anticipated Broadway-bound musical MATILDA THE MUSICAL. They are (alphabetically): Karen Aldridge (Mrs. Phelps), Gabriel Ebert (Mr. Wormwood), Lesli Margherita (Mrs. Wormwood), and Lauren Ward (Miss Honey).

The producers of GLENGARRY GLEN ROSS announced today that show recouped its investment, making it the first production of the season to recoup.

Drury Lane Theatre, 100 Drury Lane, presents Andrew Lloyd Webber's triumphant Broadway musical SUNSET BOULEVARD, previewing January 24, opening Friday, February 1 at 8:30 p.m., and running through March 24.
