Two possibilities crossed my mind when I counted 85 selections on the song list for For Lovers Only (Love Songs... Nothing But Love Songs); either I was about to see a musical revue of Götterdämmerung-like proportions or there were going to be a lot of medleys.

The stars of the new Off-Broadway musical FOR LOVERS ONLY (Love Songs...Nothing But Love Songs) rang the NASDAQ closing bell in Times Square this past Friday, May 15th. Introduced by NASDAQ Managing Director Michael Del Grosso, the cast and Musical Director Ken Lundie addressed market-followers from around the world via satellite feed and the ceremony was broadcast live on the NASDAQ jumbotron looming over Times Square at Broadway & 43rd Street.

Michigan Alumni in 'Bravo Blue!' at Symphony Space March 3

On March 3rd at 7:30PM the University of Michigan Entertainment Coalition (UMEC) and the U of M Club of New York will present Bravo Blue! This 'Musical Homecoming' Concert will feature over 40 U of M alumni professionals and friends in a fast paced sampler of musical theatre, classical and contemporary music, jazz, opera, and dance. The performance will be held at the Peter Norton Symphony Space, Leonard Nimoy Thalia on Broadway at 95th St at 7:30PM.
