The world's most magical musical arrives at The Civic, Auckland this October. Based on the beloved books by P.L. Travers and the 1964 Walt Disney film, the multi-award winning musical MARY POPPINS will play The Civic, Auckland for a strictly limited season.

Rock of Ages star Jodie Jacobs, Avenue Q star Rachel Jerram, the legendary composer-lyricist team behind Betty Blue Eyes and the forthcoming Soho Cinders George Stiles and Anthony Drewe, and I Love You Because book-writer and lyricist Ryan Cunningham will appear and perform in the second London edition of If It Only Even Runs A Minute at the Landor Theatre on Monday July 9th at 8pm.

The Three Little Pigs is a new Studio Cast Recording with music by George Stiles and the book and lyrics by Anthony Drewe - a powerful combination and a force to be reckoned with! It also features musical arrangements and orchestrations by Ruth Ling and music preparation by James Humphreys.

Raj Ghatak, Thomas Milner, Gerard Carey and Neil McCaul will join Jenna Russell and Michael Xavier in the world premiere of Stiles & Drewe's SOHO CINDERS at Soho Theatre running from 2nd August to 9th September 2012. The full-scale production with a live band also features the voice of Stephen Fry.

Following its extremely well-received debut in April, the London series of If It Only Even Runs A Minute, celebrating the rare songs and behind-the-scenes tales of short-lived and underappreciated musicals, will return to Clapham North's Landor Theatre on Monday July 9th for its second edition. The touring production of MARY POPPINS that's currently gracing the stage of the Peabody Opera House is "practically perfect", featuring eye-popping special effects, a glorious set, and terrific performances that manage to capture the spirit of the 1964 Disney film, as well as the P.L. Travers books that inspired it. While some of the more beloved elements from the movie are noticeably absent, they've been replaced with sequences that are every bit as magical and engaging. Though the staging is a bit cramped, this is a spectacular show that appeals to both children and adults. And, I should know because I brought along my six-year old son, and he loved it.
