The New York Musical Theatre Festival and Mass Street Productions/Ryan J. Davis are proud to present the World Premiere of Street Lights, a contemporary musical drama by Joe Drymala. From the creators of the Broadway-bound White Noise, which was a hit at NYMF in 2006, Street Lights features a groundbreaking score that uses modern hip hop, R&B and pop to tell a timeless story in the musical language of today's youth, while creating a bridge to earlier generations by incorporating samples of old civil rights anthems within the modern songs and beats.
Blake, Burstyn Join York 'Jerusalem Syndrome' Reading 10/22

With the addition of Mike Burstyn, Richard H. Blake, Kenny Morris and Deone Zanotto, the casting of the staged reading of The Jerusalem Syndrome is now complete. The reading will take place on Monday, October 22 at 7:30PM at the York Theatre as part of their Developmental Reading Series.

A staged reading of The Jerusalem Syndrome, an original musical comedy with book and lyrics by 2006 Kleban Award winners Laurence Holzman and Felicia Needleman and a score by Kyle Rosen, will take place Monday, October 22 at 7:30PM at the York Theatre as part of their Developmental Reading Series.

American Musical Theatre of San Jose will sizzle and shake with 'Smokey Joe's Café,' the longest running musical revue in Broadway history. This rollicking show recreates 40 chart-topping hits from the legendary creative team of Jerry Leiber (lyrics) and Mike Stoller (music). Opening April 10 with performances through April 22.
