Cortland Repertory Theatre will serve up plenty of 'razzle dazzle' in the second show of their 40th Anniversary 'Ruby Jubilee' season as they present the notoriously sassy and jazzy musical 'Chicago', with music by John Kander, lyrics by Fred Ebb and a book written by Ebb and Bob Fosse, based on the play of the same name by Maurine Dallas Watkins.

Vineyard Theatre and Naked Angels will co-produce the world-premiere of Zayd Dohrn's play OUTSIDE PEOPLE, directed by Evan Cabnet at The Vineyard (108 East 15th Street), which will begin performances in December, 2011 and open in January 2012, it has been announced by Douglas Aibel, Artistic Director of Vineyard Theatre and Andy Donald, Artistic Director of Naked Angels. It is the first co-production for the two award-winning off-Broadway companies.

The Kleban Foundation is pleased to announce that the 21st Annual Kleban Prize for the most promising musical theatre lyricist has gone to Adam Gwon and the award for the most promising musical theatre librettist has gone to Michelle Elliott.
