Burning Clown Productions to Present West Coast Premiere of THE NAVIGATOR, 6/13-29

New York based Burning Clown Productions are thrilled to present the West Coast Premiere of the Drama Desk nominated play, The Navigator, written by Eddie Antar and directed by Leslie Kincaid Burby (NYIT Award winner, Best Direction). THE NAVIGATOR will perform as part of the Hollywood Fringe Festival - and will open on Friday, June 13 at 7pm and run for ten performances through Sunday, June 29, 2014 at 2:30pm at The Actors Company Let Live Theater, 916A N. Formosa Ave. in Hollywood.

TCG Books Publishes Amy Herzog's THE GREAT GOD PAN

Theatre Communications Group (TCG) has announced the publication of The Great God Pan by Amy Herzog, "one of the brightest new talents in the theatre" (New York Times). Known for delicately detailed character studies that subtly balance humor and insight, Amy Herzog is the Obie Award-winning author of 4000 Miles. Her newest published work, The Great God Pan was commissioned by Steppenwolf Theatre Company in Chicago and received its world premiere at Playwrights Horizons in New York City in 2012.

City Theatre to Stage World Premiere of HOPE AND GRAVITY, 5/3-25

City Theatre closes its 39th season with the world premiere of Hope and Gravity, a new play by Michael Hollinger featuring dynamic, interconnected stories. Directed by Tracy Brigden, Hope and Gravity runs on City Theatre's Mainstage from May 3-25, 2014, with an Opening Night performance on Friday, May 9 at 8pm.

INTAR Extends ADORATION OF THE OLD WOMAN with LOOKING's Raul Castillo Through 4/27

In this funny and poignant new play, a basket full of unpaid bills for chemical engineer Lenny Gold's laboratory is discovered one of his adult daughters, unveiling a lifetime of secrets, a mysterious silent partner, and a few other challenges which must be met by this family. "In the Car.." is a delightful family saga about growing up, growing older and where you put the keys.

Cleveland Play House's INFORMED CONSENT Takes to the Second Stage, 4/23-5/18

The 2013-2014 season at Cleveland Play House (CPH) continues with the compelling world premiere production of Deborah Zoe Laufer's Informed Consent. Co-produced with Geva Theatre Center, this incredibly thought-provoking production is inspired by the real life court case between the Havasupai Indian tribe and Arizona State University, and sparks an intriguing debate on both ethicality and morality. Directed by Sean Daniels and Sponsored by Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, Cleveland Clinic and MetroHealth, Informed Consent will serve as the centerpiece to CPH's 2014 New Ground Theatre Festival and will run from April 23 - May 18 in the Second Stage.

PAN ASIAN REPERTORY THEATRE continues its 37th Milestone Season with the New York premiere of FISHING FOR WIVES, a comic battle of the sexes written by Edward Sakamoto and directed by Ron Nakahara. The production will begin previews tonight, April 5, 2014 and run until April 27, 2014 at the Clurman Theatre at Theatre Row (410 W 42nd Street between 9th and Dyer). The Drama Desk and Obie Award-winning Keen Company today announced the plays for the inaugural Keen Playwrights Lab: Skopje by Gabe McKinley, directed by Christian Parker; The Human Court by Jessica Dickey, directed by Davis McCallum; and Dust by Qui Nguyen, directed by Linsay Firman. This year's Keen Playwrights Lab will offer this year's readings at Art-NY's Bruce Mitchell Room, beginning April 8th.

As a featured event of its Tenth Anniversary Spring Rep season, Phoenix Theatre Ensemble (www.PhoenixTheatreEnsemble.org) will present 'Dogg's Hamlet, Cahoot's Macbeth' by Tom Stoppard from May 2 to 23, 2014 at The Wild Project 195 E. 3rd Street (at Ave. B).
